Online Haul #1

I have been doing less online shopping lately, very proud of myself :) I guess it's because of exams...
I have a list of what to buy after exams :S heaps and heaps of makeup
I have recently shopped at boohoo.com and tobi.com
Boohoo is an Australian based company so the package came within a week but tobi is in the US, so it took over two weeks to arrive :S
I was kinda disappointed at tobi, because the actual clothing isn't what I expected. The material was different to the photo and it's not really true to size? I reckon it could have been a bit better regarding to the price we're paying.

Tobi:
Ombrella Shift Dress $39
Go For Baroque Pants $37

Boohoo:
Tonilee Graphic Shift Dress $40  $24
I forgot the price of the second dress

Makeup & Skincare Haul

After my 5 minutes aural exam :), I thought why not make a trip to my closet priceline and chemist since I ran out of my day & night cream. Also, I have heard that Witch Hazel toner is actually available in Australia!

Olay complete UV protection moisture lotion SPF15 combination/oily $14.70
Witch Hazel: Nature's Gentle Toner $7.95
Maybelline Colour Tattoo 45 Bold Gold $7.95
Essence Get Big Lashes $4.50
Essence I love stage eyeshadow base $4.95

I have tried this cream eyeshadow before in Bad to the Bronze and it was amazing
and I was really surprised how cheap it is retailed at in Australia.
It's usually around $13-14 but when you wait until it goes on sale it should go down to $7-8 :D
Quite pigmented and build-able

I have read some reviews that the eyeshadow base by essence is not as oily as the urban decay and since I do have quite oily lids and even with my UD base, my eyelids do get a bit oily at the end of the day.

No more energy

Yeahhhhh my recital is over, it is probably my most important exam and the one I'm most stressed about.
It took a lot of energy, since I have to be all 'emotional and expressive' but yea, I tried to bit and I am sooooo tired right now. I'm surprised that I wasn't as nervous as I usually am and I guess overall it was better than I thought.
My Beethoven 3rd movement and Brahms Rhapsodies weren't as fluent and good as I thought, I had high expectations for those! But my friends said my Vine Bagatelles was very dreamy and it created such a great tone... I guess I should be happy :D
Haven't straightened my hair in a while, and I wanted to tie it up in a ponytail for my recital.
So I thought a straight sleek ponytail would look better than a messy frizzy curly ponytail.

Recital

Haven't updated in a while, because I have been drowned with exam preparations.
Finally had my first exam today, which was aural studies, where you listen to music and transcribe them. Kinda like theory.
Tomorrow, I have my recital, performance exam. Super scared for that.
Since I'm someone who always get nervous when performing AND I have the head of piano as one of my examiner. Prof. Holtham has high expectations...
I will be playing:
1. Beethoven Piano sonata op.13 II & III movements
2. Brahms Rhapsodies in G minor op.79 no.2
3. Vine Five Bagatelles no.2 & 3
Hope I can calm myself and really deliver my music to my friends and the examiners :D
